KRREH is a full service property management company offering full service leasing, tenant communications, unit remodels, accounting, routine maintenance, and sales services in Western New York. We make your investment protected and profitable.
Services
Leasing
We focus on the rental of vacant units. We perform all signage requirements, marketing, photography, listings, showings, and application/background/credit score/past housing/employment and income verification screening.
Property Management
We are the direct point of contact for all needs with your tenants. Rent collection, tenant dispute resolution, maintenance requests, lease management and renewals, and any other day to day need or issue. Any rents collected are submitted to you monthly via ACH.
Maintenance Coordinating
Each of your tenants will have their own portal to access to submit any maintenance issue or request. We will troubleshoot issues or schedule a technician on a day and time that is agreeable with the tenant. We will also perform follow up calls to ensure that tenant satisfaction is guaranteed.
Maintenance Services
We do not mark up materials or subcontract work if any. There are no minimum service fees or weekend rates. Our rates are flat and billed by exactly what we perform for you. This also includes any routine maintenance services.
Owner Approval Process
Work expected to be over $500 (including materials) will require approval by an owner prior to the work beginning. We will inform you of the issue and a proposal to resolve the issue with estimated costs. If you approve we will schedule the work immediately, if denied we will rely on your efforts to address the concerns.

- Final Tenant walkthroughs and inspections

- Monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annual inspections

- Rental assistance program assistance
Year End Reporting
We will provide you with a detailed report on all activity for your property for accounting purposes.
Pricing
Property Management Fee
- 10% of gross collected revenue (monthly rent is $800, fee is $80)
- Leasing Fee equal to first month’s rent (not to exceed $1,000.00). We guarantee the tenant for 12 months.
Routine Maintenance or Inspections
- $45 hourly labor rate
One Time OnBoarding Fees
- $150 one-time onboarding account setup fee
- $25 per unit one-time onboarding fee
