New Tenant Application

Thank you for your interest in one of our Rentals. THERE IS NO MONEY DUE OR ANY CREDIT OR BACKGROUND CHECKS THAT OCCUR UNTIL YOU VIEW THE UNIT AND WANT TO BECOME A TENANT.

Here is our easy process:

1. Fill out the form below. There are no Application Fees.
2. Once we pre-approve your application we will set up a time to view the unit.
3. If you wish to move forward we will request a backround and credit check and you will receive a link for ApplyConnect via email to approve a credit check. Please note there is a fee of $39.95 that you may pay via Mastercard or Visa credit or PayPal.
4. Once approved we send you a Lease/Rental Agreement.

(All Units are 12 month minimum. First month rent and security deposit equal to first month rent due at signing.)
